This is outrageous.
Donald Trump just announced a deal with Vladimir Putin to import Russian diesel, and Treasury immediately lifted sanctions on Russian diesel exports through April. Those sanctions exist for one reason. They limit the money Putin can use to wage his brutal war on Ukraine.
